I didn't know where else to post this... Just FYI - I ordered a new remote, and it's disappeared in transit. Note: This is NOT a Roku problem. The tracking info says it was picked up several days ago, but since then it just says "In transit to next facility." I just wanted to make everyone is aware that if you order something and it's shipped via USPS, you can't trust them to deliver it in a timely fashion.

Depending on where it is located from one regional center to another, in transit to the next facility can take several days.

Sorry, but when something sent via Priority Mail can't be delivered from Tennessee to my home in Virginia in six days, something's not working right. I say this because - particularly in the holiday season - people shouldn't even remotely rely on the timeframes and deadlines that USPS claims.
