They keep charging me for service which I canceled

That's exactly what they're doing with the highest subscription Fubo 98.99, everything I subscribe to one of the lesser priced subscription they take my money.

To contact them, kindly refer to this link here. Select the Accounts and Billing option to be directed to their contact information. You can also check out this support article on how to remove the payment method from your Roku account.
