TSN not accepting my password

My subscription for world cup rugby worked in October, now not letting me in. Password resets with TSN didnt work. Queried this with TSN, they have no subscription for me, but I have a Roku receipt. So where is my subscription going? Wasn't able to watch the semi finals - so now I need a refund for a service I couldn't get.  I suppose I'll have to take out a new subscription for Saturday's final match.
