After cleaning up unwanted channel icons a couple of months back, I am now presented with the grammatically poor warning "Subscription not exists or has expired. Please launch the channel normally to subscribe".
I get this regardless of which channel I had previously been watching, every time I turn on my TV.
Its just annoying, any help would be appreciated!
Dan
It doesn't say what "the channel" it's referring to is? Since you say you see it when you turn on the TV, could it have something to do with the screensaver you're using? Is it a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV?
You nailed it. It was a Screensaver. When I changed it, the issue went away.
Many thanks!
Dan
I am getting this same issue on my Roku tv- with Hulu/espn+ and Disney. Has anyone found a solution?
Me too! I activate the HULU account on my computer with the code on the tv screen...Computer says device activated, tv says subscription not found. I'm about to throw something...
