Sad I want to get rid of roku first day using cause can't get a hold of anyone through Roku to help.
I really need help and there's no way to get a hold of anyone to do with Roku. Really stinks I want to get rid of it now and I'm stuck just because I can't get any solutions to my problems.

@Sunshine13 Have you tried to login to your Roku account on a computer and clicking the support tab. Try that and after selecting the support tab go to the bottom right corner of the page and select check support options. Hope this helps.
