@AddyBoyd32709, contact account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus, but keep in mind that if you have multiple Roku devices it's possible that you have multiple Roku accounts with their own subscriptions.  If you're not sure, you can check what Roku account a device is linked to by checking the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on each device.
