Roku Web Site not working

I went to Roku's web site to purchase a new streaming device, chose the model I wanted and clicked the cart icon. A page came up with Roku's banner and footer on it but no other info or choices. I went to the support page and the same results - header and footer but otherwise blank.  How the **bleep** do you get in touch with Roku to tell them their sales web site doesn't work?

We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble purchasing a device on the Roku website. This is not the experience we want you to have.
We would be more than happy to look further into this. Have you tried exiting your browser and re-opening it on another browser? Please try to restart your phone or computer, open a browser again, and make a purchase on the Roku website.
