Refund inquiry follow up - please assist

I was told I'd receive a COURTESY 2month refund but did not. I have the conversation screenshots to prove or ask WHY I got told one thing and it not be the truth @roku #wantmyrefund #wantastold #whatwasthecourtesy #unprofessionalagent I absolutely want this to be fixed
