A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, @Lw8.

We see that you have been double-billed on your Roku Account, and we're glad to sort it out for you.

Charges on your Roku Account are due to an active subscription purchased intentionally or accidentally by anyone who has access to the devices where your credit card information was saved. To manage your account purchases, you may refer to this support article: How do I manage or cancel a channel subscription?

Also, to prevent anyone from accidentally purchasing any subscription that may cause unknown charges to your account, you may need to set up a Roku PIN for extra security. Please be advised that Roku PIN is on the Account level and not on the device; therefore, setting up a PIN will automatically require a PIN for any purchases for all devices under that account.

If charges on your Roku account are still not located, it is best for you to contact our Accounts and Billing Team. They are our experts in dealing with these types of concerns. Just navigate to the Accounts, Payments, & Subscriptions section to reach a live Agent via Email, Chat, or Phone.

Please let us know if you have other inquiries, we are happy to assist you further.

Sincerely,
Emman

@Suzanne7777 I hope you realize that you are responding to a post from June.  I have had several Roku devices for many years and I have never had a charge I did not authorize.  Have you logged into your Roku account on a computer and checked your subscriptions.  Have you set up a pin to make purchases so someone else using your device cannot make a purchase?  Are you sure you do not have more than one Roku account using different emails?

@Kcapel, it's possible you have more than one Roku account.  If you have multiple Roku devices, check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About.  If you need more help, try contacting account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus.
