@Guru2none, unlinking a Roku device from your Roku account has nothing to do with your phone and Youtube videos.  I'm guessing that's not what you want to do.

I was having issues with this as well. I was able to get it unlinked after putting the device in “Guest Mode.”

@hskit94  If you have access to the device.  Doing a factory reset on a device will also unlink the device from your account,

I can't get to unlink promp,t I want to unlink smartphone.   Im using chrome

  • Are you trying to unlink the Roku Mobile app from the Roku device? 
  • Are you trying to unlink your Roku account from the Roku device?
  • Are you trying to unlink your Roku account from your Chrome browser?
