Need a refund my grandsons bought something

My grandson bought nfl red zone without my permission so please could I have refund

@Dawn927, you have to contact billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .  You should also log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com and set up a PIN so that purchases can't be made without it.
