Invoice number for service doesn't match PayPal/Legacy Channel charge

My Roku account shows a subscription purchase for Legacy With Ads Yearly.
I Googled this channel and it appears to be a faith-based channel, which is not something I would subscribe to.
My PayPal account shows a charge for the same amount and date for Roku for WarnerMedia, which is how Roku directs its charges will appear.
However, the invoice numbers on the two transactions do not match.

I did not subscribe to Legacy.
I do pay for a Roku account.

What is going on here?
