I am paying for a subscription on my roku. But my subscription is under a different email than the o

I am paying for a subscription on my roku. But my subscription is under a different email than the one on my roku and it wont let me vancel it on either websites. On disney it says i have to go to my roku account. On roku it says i dont have a subscription to disney. I made account with the email that my subscription uses and it still says i dont have a subscription.

If you highlight the Disney icon on your Home Screen and press * on your remote do you get the option to "Manage subscription"?
