I am trying to cancel my subscription so my card can stop being charged

@Life1960, you can cancel any subscriptions you have through Roku by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.  You should also be able to manage the subscription on the Roku device itself by highlighting the icon for the app on your Home Screen and pressing the * button on your remote.

If the subscription is not through Roku but is directly through the provider, you'll have to go to the provider's website to cancel it.

I need a valid number that I can speak to a person. I have tried to cancel my Tennis Channel subscription online; however my ROKU account says I have no subscriptions. the Tennis Channel says that I purchased via ROKU. I need the auto draft stopped and refunded.

I keep getting charged 8.99 a month for discovery+ when I canceled it in April! I'd like my bank account credited for 2 months!

I have 3 charges I never use roku anymore.  roku channel   $21.97

                                                                         roku warner media   16.99

                                                                          cbs interact               11.99  total $50.95

If I could pay bout half I might keep.

@Boots2023 I don't think there is anyway to cancel Roku.com   You can sign out of your account but that will not cancel any of your subscriptions.
