How do I "Switch Plans" from Roku to Paramount +?

I signed into Paramount+. It said I needed to go to Roku to settings and Switch Plans. I can't find those exact words anywhere.

I don't know if it will be there, but did you try the "Manage your subscriptions" option at https://my.roku.com ?
