How do I find out which email is tied to a subscription

I signed up for Peacock through my Roku app and got charged for it but when I log in under my email on a different device it says I don't have a subscription.

On your Roku device that you can actually access Peacock, go to Settings->System->About the email address displayed should be the one attached to the subscription.
