@Adillard, you can check if you have any subscriptions through Roku by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device(s) under Settings->System->About.  If you have more than one Roku device it's possible that you have more than one Roku account, so check all of them.

@mpolizzi1976 Have you logged into your Roku account on a computer or phone and checked your subscriptions?  If you have any subscriptions paid through Roku they will be listed.  If you can not find any subscriptions then it is likely that either you have a second Roku account with a different email address or the subsciptions are not billed by Roku.  The fact that they are still be billed after you removed your credit card from your Roku account makes me think you have another Roku account or someone has accessed your account.  When you say you cancelled the streaming services I hope you mean you cancelled the subscriptions and did not just delete the apps from your Roku devices.  Deleting an app will not cancel a subscription.

Where do I need to go to check to see if I have a subscription of under the Roku I have called several days. No one has returned any of my phone calls trying to find out exactly what’s going on with the Roku account.
