I have been a very longterm subscriber and staunch supporter, but that has just ended.
Earlier today, my grandson wanted to play "Cross Road", which indicated that it would cost me $9.99. When I ok'd the purchase I was informed that it would cost me $29.99, there were other purchase categories, and I was unable exit the Roku screen for quite awhile. I ended up cancelling the purchase with my credit card as a dispute and cancellation of any futher charges.
Later in the evening, several different channels we tried using provided audio but the picture was blank, or the channel just continued trying to load. I have not been able to delete the channel from my account or from my computer. Neither have I been able to find any way of communicating with you except through this venue (which, when I tried indicating my product as "Roku" insisted on classifying it as RokuTV, or speakers, etc.
It may take me a day or two to get another AppleTV device and get it setup, at which time I will be notifying you to cancel my subscriptions and account, If I have any trouble transferring any purchases I've made (movies etc) I will make certain to pursue those issues at that time.
