ESPN monthly purchased but have been unable to gain access at all

I purchased the monthly ESPN plan last weekend. I have never been and am still unable to log in. It’s asking me for my TV provider. The purchase was deducted from my checking account.

@anncarney3 You purchased ESPN+.  ESPN has no subscription service.  On the ESPN app you have two logins.  One asks for TV provider and gives access to ESPN. ESPN2.  The other login is to ESPN account.  Use the email that you purchased the subscription with to login.  This will allow access to all ESPN+ content but not ESPN or ESPN2.  ESPN+ has many mid major games live now. If you do not have a paid TV provider you cannot get ESPN
