Unable to secure account access

My ex keeps finding a way to login to my roku account.  He turns my tv off, on, and turns the volume all the way up. I have reset my password multiple times but he keeps getting access! HOW???

Change your Wi-Fi password.  It sounds like your ex has access to your network.

Set up a more difficult password on both your Roku device and wireless network.
