Charged for WarnerMedia and CBS Interactive

I am being charged $17.05 monthly for WarnerMedia when it’s not in my subscriptions.  I am also being charged $10.65 for CBS Interactive which is not in my subscriptions also.  How do I stop it, and I want a refund.  it’s impossible to get in touch with a human to help me!!!

For account and billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them at Roku support, then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
