How can you change your Roku email to an actual email?

I'm not sure what you mean, but you can change the email address associated with a Roku account at https://my.roku.com .  You have to be able to sign in using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About or have access to that email account to reset the password.

Are you saying that the email address displayed on your Roku device isn't yours?

Yes, under settings it states my email address is.........@roku.com

I never made this email address and cannot change it to my email address.

@Katluke, that's very strange unless you got this device from someone at Roku.  You'll have to factory reset it and set it up again to change it to your Roku account.
