That looks pretty suspicious since Roku is located in California and incorporated in Delaware. Have you tried calling your bank or contacting Roku billing/account support at https://support.roku.com/contactus ?
If you don't have any subscriptions and you don't plan on ever getting any through Roku you can always remove your payment method by logging into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com . You can also check your purchases and subscriptions. While you're there, add a PIN to your account so that purchases can't be made without entering it. If you have multiple Roku devices then it's possible that you have multiple Roku accounts, so check the email address displayed on each one under Settings->System->About.
