Being built twice one from Roku and the other from acorn

Being built twice once from Roku and also from acorn I canceled my subscription through Roku and went directly through acorn I need to get my refund from Roku this happened twice

@Raemore When you canceled you Acorn account through Roku did you login to your Roku account on a compute or phone and cancel the subscription there or did you simply remove the Acorn App from the Roku home screen.  Removing an app from the home screen will not cancel a subscription.
