I have Acorn TV on auto renewal every month, yet every month, 2 or 3 days after the renewal date, I try watching anything and I get the message: " Your account has expired on
06/09/2023. You need to renew your subscription to access our service."
I show a payment for Acorn, from bank account to Roku on
June 09, 2023, which is the renewal date for Acorn TV.
This has happened the past few months, and I go through canceling and then re-subscribing. But with auto renewal, this shouldn't be happening.
