Wifi connectivity screen won't load.

Hello,

I have had my Onn. Roku TV 65" for a little over a year now. It was purchased in January of 2024. I thought I had warranty but apparently do not... so I am resorting here to see if anyone else has had the same problem.

When moving our tv to a new location we unplugged it and had to reset up when we plugged back in. We did this with both Tv's the 35" is fine and the 65" is not working. When going through the set up to connect to wifi it will not load the screen. It will pop up "looking for a connection" white pop up box for less then 2 seconds. Not even long enough to read what the pop up says. It will only stay on the screen asking for wifi or private network and will not go any further.

I have tried manually entering the wifi. I have reset the TV, reset the router, gotten a NEW router placed thinking the wifi was the problem, I have turned it off, left it unplugged. I checked for a software update and it is not needed. I downloaded the software update on the website for my tv on a USB and it is older then the software on my tv.

I have quite literally exhausted all other options and it feels as this is just a malfunction or a glitch in the TV its self.

I am willing to try anything, please help! I have a video as well but it will not allow me to upload.

    Hey tashburn

Looks like your 65" Onn Roku TV is still getting internet issues after trying the workaround. Could you let us know if you see any error messages or codes on your TV screen? If possible, please try uploading your video to Google Drive and send us the link.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
