Why is my Roku TV turning on by itself? How do I fix this?

I have the 1 touch play setting on I have the same setting on the other Roku TV the other TV doesn't turn on by itself. I have this setting on for my Switch to be able to turn the tv on using joy cons. I have fast TV start on for thd Switch.
