Why does the OK button stop working? I'm on my 2nd Roku system and has done it again.
I've reset, replaced batteries, repaired, re this re that!! Ok button only thing not working. I have voice remote. Is this a thing Roku???

Just to confirm, was your remote replaced the first time the issue occurred? Also, did the same issue happen even with your new remote? Lastly, could you provide us with the device ID of the device that this remote pairs with?
