Roku has seasonal wallpapers or special ones for certain occasions. You can disable themes on your Roku device, navigate to Settings > Theme and toggle off both Seasonal Wallpapers and Sponsored Wallpapers.
My Wallpaper just changed again. I have seasonal an sponsored wallpapers turned off. It seems that they are just ignoring it.
