Where is the reset button on a 65 inch pro series?

Tv wont power on even with new cord they sent. I was told to press reset button by support but I cant find it anywhere! Supposed to be by HDMI according to support person

    Welcome!

    To reset your Roku TV, find the physical reset button, which is usually a small, recessed pinhole located on the back or bottom of the TV. Use a straightened paperclip to press and hold the button for about 10 to 20 seconds, until the LED light starts flashing. Then, release the button.
