    For further assistance, you may need to reach out directly to JBL customer support for the best advice regarding the compatibility of alternative Headphones for this feature. Please note that you can also use Headphones mode on your Roku via the Roku Mobile App and connect a Headphone on your Phone that is compatible with it since the Headphones for the remote are no longer available in our stores.

Roku no longer sells them.

I had a couple pairs that came with the devices.  They really are no different than any other wired soft earbuds in my opinion.  You can get readily available soft earbuds for a couple of dollars in just about any store or on Amazon.

If you really need the JBL can always look on Ebay as they occasionally pop up there.
