What happened to options to change the picture size?

It isn’t under advanced settings or anywhere at all. November 30, 2023

I have looked on the main menu under advanced system settings. I have looked under everything about the screen or the picture. I have looked under the * and picture settings. It is gone completely gone. There is no way to select zoom, Stretch, direct, or any of that.

  • They keep burying it further. It's under tv settings/picture settings/customize picture/picture size.

      There is no picture size or customize picture option. All I have is to adjust the brightness 😞

        Before proceeding, may we know what specific Roku streaming player/TV you are having this issue with? Also, could you please let us know the options available when you press the star* button on your remote, and select the Picture Settings > Picture Mode? If you can provide us with a photo, that would be great.

    Picture options also missing on Sharp Roku Tv.

      • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About
      • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
      • Can you provide a video or screenshot of the issue you're experiencing?
