What happened to options to change the picture size?

It isn’t under advanced settings or anywhere at all. November 30, 2023 I have looked on the main menu under advanced system settings. I have looked under everything about the screen or the picture....

Picture options also missing on Sharp Roku Tv.

We see that you're trying to access the Picture Settings on your Roku TV but to no avail. Please help us learn more about this by sharing with us the details below.

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) 
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
  • Can you provide a video or screenshot of the issue you're experiencing?
