Weird spots and circles on screen

Before my tv had barely noticable circles then one day my tv blew out. After trying multiple things we discovered a bulb went out causing the entire tv to shut off. We took it apart (accidentally ripping paper behind the screen) got the bulbs and glue in the mail, replaced the row of bulbs, put the screen back and my tv went on. But a new problem was painfully clear. The two row of black spots are now all over the screen and after seeing the tv's insides i'm pretty sure these circles are the bulbs.

Black spots on the screen from before are mostly gone but a new and more noticable one appeared on the screen at the top.

What ARE these???? Are they screen burns? Am I able to get the screen fixed easily if I turn it in to a best buy or something to get the parts replaced?

this is what it looks like

    Hi scott22,

    Thanks for the inquiry!

In this case, please contact the TV manufacturer's support team directly regarding this and what they could suggest about it.

This is most likely a firmware issue going on.

Let us know if there's anything that our team can look into further.

    Regards,

    Rey

        Hi scott22,

Thanks for posting to the Roku Community!

We understand you are having issues with the display of your TV screen. We suggest contacting the Hisense customer support team to report the issue and get help. In this case, there's likely an issue with that specific TV that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you.
        All the best,
        Eunice
