We need an option to turn off auto updates
There should be an option in the settings to turn off, or at least have some control over the updates. I'm getting tired of the thing updating when it wants to & then my TV freezes while I'm watching...

I mean this with the utmost disrespect, shove it. Roku is not striving to make any experiences BETTER for the user. All of your "automatic updates" just make it easier for Roku to shove ads down our throats, and give the user less co trol over their own devices. You guys are despicable and I'll never buy another roku product. Complete trash. You suck.
If they allow us to disable updates, it removes their ability to push new "features" - like their sh***y auto play full screen video ads on the home screen.
If you haven't seen them yet, be prepared to be immediately pissed off.
