Volume Control "Keep your volume at 35"
I have screen reader turned off. I have shortcut turned off. I still get talking when I change the volume.... ie" Keep your volume at 35." How do I stop this?

Announcements of volume usually come from the device producing the sound. This is likely to be a TV or AVR etc. It would not be coming from a Roku player (assuming that's what you have.)
I'm a little mystified by the exact message though. I don't know why some device would be commanding you to keep the volume at a certain level.
