During initial set-up, my LG brand tv will not accept any of the seven(7) Roku codes to mute volume. Roku unit suggests I try again later-REALLY!!!
I have Spectrum for my internet/tv provider and their systems will not support LG products effective last year.
I bought two of the new voice Roku remotes, the ones that light up the whole keypad when you bump or move the remote, and I could not get it to control my LG TV. The LG TV we have is the one with the "air mouse" LG remote that you just move around and a cursor moves all over the screen. Anyhow the previous Roku voice remote works just fine, but doesn't have the light up keypad like the new ones and my wife likes to see the remotes keypad. I didn't any problem whatsoever getting the other new voice remote to work with our Samsung TV, so I'm curious what the deal is. BTW, I tried selecting other TV types but none of those remote codes worked either.
