Roku Ultra Model 4800X, serial XO10006CRJV6. This first started Friday night March 14, 2025.
ROKU software version is 14.1
Please see my additional issue noted in my other reply regarding the RC model # showing on the settings display. Not the same as this morning. Was showing RC506 on Friday now showing RC1072.

Hey, Pittpa
We got an update from our team and would like to suggest a step.
Follow the instructions below:
Remove the remote from the device list
- Navigate to Settings > Remote and Devices > Remotes.
- Select the remote model you are no longer using.
- Proceed with "Forget Remote" and follow the on-screen instructions.
This allows the Roku device to only recognize your current remote.
