Voice control not functioning properly

Roku doesn’t find msnbc using voice control. I’ve tried msnbc and channel 356.
 When using channel 356 it tries to go to Roku channel.

      I know this message is 6 months old. But I'm having the same problem and its on a TCL Roku TV. It only happens on MSNBC

        Can you please share the exact Roku Voice remote model you have? Also, were you able to search using this feature before, or is this the first time you have tried it?
