Voice and text search issue

Roku smart TV search no longer gives streaming playback results. Gives useless info., not where I can stream a movie, etc... anymore. It used to work great but now when I use it, it usually gives me some info on the movie or sends me to YouTube or a list of actors and directors but no links to any streaming services that actually ARE streaming it. I am using a Hisense smart TV with an Android O.S. and built-in Roku. I have gone through all of my settings and have even done a factory reset on the TV. The tv was bought new in late 2020. Thank you.

    It seems like we don't have much information to provide you with a strong suggestion about this. Could you tell us more and what content or show you're trying to access.
