Unable to reinstall from network message

  We have two Roku 4K streaming sticks with a wireless connection to the same network. The first one installed works fine, but the second new one won't run any channels and shows this...

    Could you please try resetting your network?

    Here's how:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings

    4. Select Network connection reset
    5. Select Reset connection
