Unable to leave location screen

For two days now I have

Please select the proper location for your TV, the display will be adjusted for the best results

 

press CHannel UP for Store Mode. 
press CHannel DOWN for Home Mode. 

I push my buttons and nothing happens. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in with no success

    Nursekrisa, what kind of TV do you have?  "Channel up"?  Roku remotes don't have channel up/down buttons, so it's not clear that this is a Roku issue.
