Unable to get to Settings screen
If I can’t get to settings, I’m dead in the water. Bedroom Roku is fine. Living room set up doesn’t work at all. Unplugged and reconnected everything. Any other suggestions?

I understand you're unable to get to the Settings screen.
To narrow things down, have you tried using the Roku Mobile App and see if you can navigate from there? Also, what error message will appear if you try going to Settings?
