I’m going through this right now. Did all the steps as they instruct to no avail! You are absolutely right! It’s not the internet providers, routers or anything else…it’s ROKU equipment! I have (2) Roku smart tvs and both are now doing this! My streambar keeps giving me HDMI errors with everything connected properly. I guess you get what you pay for with them. Changed my WIfi password however it didn’t work for me. I was a fan of Roku past couple of years until today!
MsCJA72 An HDMI error is not an internet connection issue. That typically means you have a bad HDMI cable or HDMI port on your TV/device or the cable is not plugged in properly. Try changing HDMI cables and/or checking to make sure the HDMI port is clean of debris.
JWS9518 While I appreciate you JUST addressing the Stream-bar issue out my reply, which I clearly know is not an WiFi issue. I shared it as an additional issue I have with ROKU products overall. My original message started with.

Let me further explain since you didn’t ask prior. My primary concern is the consistent Wi-Fi disconnection between 1 AM and 7 AM daily affecting both my Roku smart TVs forcing me to use my hotspot. This makes ROKU services then a waste of money. I need assistance with the broader connectivity problem.
I guess since there’s numerous folks experiencing the same issues and being told the same responses from Guru’s with no real resolve. I’ll just switch streaming services.
Peace!MsCJA72 We are primarily users here just like you trying to help other users, like you, where we can. Since you are replying to an original post that is 10 months old, replying 2 months after your post, and don't provide specifics on exactly the exact situation you are having, your devices models, etc..., we have to guess. If you are having wi-fi issues, it could be that your router needs to be setup differently, especially if you have certain types of Roku devices or older ones.
If it has the capability, try to set up a separate network that is 2.4 ghz only, using WPA2, such as a guest network, and see if you have better connection issues. I do not know how old your Rokus are, what OS they are running, what models they or many details at all, so us users here can only help so much with the information you provided. If you have older models, they may be having issues because they are older or running an older OS.
