Unable to Access Support Link – Displays 'Can't Reach' Error

i just made an account for my tv, got an email to confirm and it said "unable to confirm, please contact support" with a link that didn't work. I've now gone through the site to find support links that lead to pages that say "can't reach" or something, also tried directly putting in the link manually or going to the support page through google, and now I've tried to just find an email anywhere so i can get some sort of help but I can't find an email without going to the sites that don't work. i need help. i just need an email at least please none of the links work

    Do you mean you can't even load support.roku.com?  I just loaded that on Windows Firefox and Edge, Android Firefox and Chrome, Mac OS Firefox and Safari, and iOS Safari.  (I'm in the US - might be different in other countries.)

    If so, I think you might have an ISP, router, DNS, or some security software issue.

      I'm confused- i tried it on my phone, my dads phone, my laptop and my computer though. though i only used chrome or firefox browsers. you think it's my wifi?

      ....my post is literally about how that page will not load from me no matter how i navigate to it. that's the entire point of the post.

        Have you tried opening the page on another browser or phone to see if it loads?

    To cover some more ground, I just tried to access it from two additional ISPs (one using a different computer, and the other on a phone) and they also worked for me.

    The exact error message might tell us something.  (No guaranties on that, of course, but sometimes they actually tell you something useful.)
