Two TVs under one Roku account

Is it possible for me to add another TV to my Roku account by purchasing another Roku device or do I have to have another account set up?

I have 10 Roku devices (players and TVs) on my account. There is a limit but I'm uncertain what that number is.

Several years (and Rokus) ago when something or other screwed up I saw an error message that mentioned something about up to 20 devices.

  • I have 1 Roku device set up to an older tv thru HDMI. You can set other devices to your one Roku acct by your email acct. I watch all my Roku apps on my 2nd TV and my cell phones thru my 1 Roku device. I hope that made sense, I'm not the great at writing lol

  • What do I need to buy to set up a second tv under my existing Room account

Nothing. When you set up your new Roku (TV or player) just use the same email address that your existing Roku user account uses. That links the new device to the same account. Just remember that when you add or remove an app from one device it will be added/removed from all other devices on the same account. Just buy another Roku player and connect it to the second TV, link it to the same account, and away you go.
