Several months now and still NO RESOLUTION!  WOW... WTF ROKU?  Now this  with having to download "Smart widgets" app to get rid of demo widgets on screen savers... (Eye roll).  THIS MISSING DEVICE in account NEEDS PRIORITY over everything else...
