It sounds like you're having trouble with your Roku Streaming Stick. To help us look into it, please share:
- Roku info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (Settings > System > About).
- Tracker ID: Press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue happens.
- Router model: What’s the make and model of the router your Roku and phone are connected to?
