Hi,
Has there been a resolution to this issue? I'm literally having the exact same problem. I opened a support ticket but they couldn't resolve it so it has been escalated to the engineering team.

Sadly, no! I know this thread is hard to follow. I keep trying to point them in the right direction but it doesn't seem they are grasping the problem. Keep checking back, I guess...
