TV not working nor Remotes

Good Afternoon everyone,  I am having a major problem with my tv first off my mobile app is connecting to my family room tv but not my bedroom tv, my bedroom tv isn’t working at all the remotes won’t work with it all it does is turn on and off no matter how many times I click the remote, the tv won’t connect to my Roku app even thought I tried almost everything, I CAN NOT even get in my tv i can’t go to settings nor any of my apps. Any advice helps!!
